Version 1.4.0

Version 1.4.0 focuses on the admin functions for Border States individuals. This allows for improved account and user management by the Border States support team. Minor adjustments to the end-user facing website were also made.

Version 1.3.3

Version 1.3.3 is the initial release of our Utility Warehouse Solutions (UWS) application. UWS is the replacement app for SupplyTrax Warehouse Management (SupplyTrax WM). UWS includes an Apple and Android mobile app for collecting and submitting common warehouse transactions into your ERP system along with a website for viewing the transaction history across your organization.

This initial release integrates with NISC’s iVUE ERP system.

Mobile (iOS & Android)

  • Enablement of the following transactions:
    • Material charge-out 
    • Salvage 
    • Physical inventory 
    • Location transfer 
    • Material requisition 
    • Purchase order creation 
    • Material receiving 
  • Upon initial login, the following data is downloaded to the mobile app from your ERP and the backend system of UWS. This downloaded data assists users when creating transactions
    • Locations
    • GL Accounts
    • GL Activities
    • Items
    • Item descriptions
  • Data can be redownloaded at any time from the Menu screen
  • Each transaction contains a Details tab, data that applies to all items in that transaction
  • Scan barcodes with your camera or search for items to add them to a transaction
  • Support for serial and reel tracking
    • When online and a serial or reel item is selected, serial numbers and Reel ID numbers are pulled from your ERP system and displayed in the app for data validation
  • Review and edit transactions before submitting them to your ERP system
  • Transactions stored locally on device until submitted to your ERP system
  • Transactions automatically saved after adding one item
  • Switch to other apps on your device without losing transaction data
  • Pending transactions are those ready for submission
  • Error handling to resolve issues during transaction submission
    • Flagged transactions are those that errored during submission
    • Transactions in error display the error message received from your ERP system and highlights the items in error
  • Seven days of transaction history stored on device
  • Transaction history and Pending/Flagged transactions specific to logged in user
  • Link to the UWS FAQ and training website
