Tom joined Border States in November 2018 as a Strategic Pricing Manager and is a member of the Leadership Council. His most recent role was Senior Director of Category Management. Tom came to Border States from Worthington Industries, where he was Regional Sales Manager, serving the oil and gas market in western North Dakota for the past five years. Prior to his role at Worthington, Tom was the Director of Supply Chain for DMI Industries, a division of Otter Tail Corporation, and the Strategic Sourcing Manager at Bobcat in Fargo, North Dakota. Tom has global supply chain experience in manufacturing quality audits, negotiations and vendor management and direct customer sales experience in engineered products.
