We’re excited to announce the launch of our Border States e-commerce app for Apple and Android devices. With the new app, it’s one more step in our continued mission to deliver the tools and services that work the way our customers do. Whether a customer visits a branch store, does business from their office PC or places orders through their smartphone, our goal is to provide value by getting customers the products and services they need when they need them.
Customers who are already set up for access to the Border States e-commerce site can simply use the same credentials to log into the e-commerce app. Customers who don’t have access yet can contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get set up.
The app has many of the capabilities of the full e-commerce site with some additional mobile-specific features like bar code product lookups. Here are just a few of the key product features:
- Look up real-time product information, pricing and availability
- Find products using your camera to scan UPC codes
- Place orders
- Review order history
- Configure the personalized My List to place orders for frequently purchased items
