The United States announced trade agreements with Argentina, El Salvador, Guatemala and Ecuador in which the United States will remove tariffs on certain goods that cannot be grown, mined, or produced in the United States. In exchange, the four countries will reduce non-tariff measures on a range of U.S. goods and companies.
