Charlie joined Border States in January 2026. As VP Digital Transformation, he leads Border States’ enterprise-wide digital strategy and accelerates value creation through technology, data and process modernization. Charlie also serves on the company’s Leadership Council. He has 15-plus years of global experience leading digital transformation. Charlie’s track record includes patented market intelligence systems, IoT-enabled inventory management solutions and enterprise modernization programs across diverse industries. As a Senior Advisory Board Member for a European private equity firm and a former Chief Digital Officer, he has helped organizations modernize how they operate, compete and scale. Charlie received a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and his MBA from Louisiana State University. Charlie completed MIT’s two-year Advanced Management Program and teaches digital transformation in the MBA program at Ohio State’s Fisher College of Business.
