Cedrick became an employee-owner at Border States in April 2012, when he accepted a Management Trainee position (currently known as the Distribution Leadership Trainee Program or DLP) in our Phoenix, Arizona, branch. Cedrick was named Director of Services in June 2022 and named to tED Magazine’s list of 30 Under 35 in 2021. Additional roles he has held at our locations include Warehouse Supervisor in Nashville, Tennessee; Operations Supervisor in El Paso, Texas; Branch Manager in Alamogordo, New Mexico, and El Paso, Texas; and Branch Manager in Tucson, Arizona. Cedrick serves on the Leadership Council, and his current role in Services sets Border States apart, enabling the company to deepen its impact for employee-owners and deliver meaningful, focused solutions for its customers.
